Co-founder & Director of Operations
Chetan brings extensive experience in building and optimising operational systems for high-impact non-profits. As the co-founder of Ansh, a charity focused on Kangaroo care interventions to prevent newborn deaths, he developed and implemented key program strategies while maintaining key stakeholder relationships. His role as an Operations Specialist at Fortify Health (a charity focussed on preventing and reducing iron-deficiency anaemia) involved establishing scalable systems and recruitment processes that significantly enhanced the organisation's operational efficiency and growth.
Chetan’s deep understanding of the non-profit sector and grassroots is complemented by his experience within the Indian startup ecosystem, making him a vital asset in ensuring that our initiatives are both impactful and scalable. At Impactful Giving, Chetan leads operations and his strategic approach to operations and grassroots experience ensures that every project we undertake delivers tangible, lasting results.
Krishna Veni
Co-founder & Director of Marketing
Krishna brings extensive experience in multiple domains like research, impact evaluations, grantmaking and marketing. At BBC Children in Need, a non-profit that supports interventions for children and young people, she co-managed a portfolio of over £10 million, overseeing the grant and impact assessment of over 75 organisations. She also brings her experience as an Impact Evaluator at Samhita, a social sector consultancy in Mumbai, and has experience in conducting comprehensive evaluations across diverse sectors such as education, health, and livelihood.
Krishna leads our research communication efforts with a strong focus on translating complex data into clear, actionable insights. Her ability to distil complex research into compelling narratives is crucial to how we communicate the impact of our donors and of our work. Her work ensures that our communications are clear, evidence-based, and aligned with the values and motivations of our donors.
Jesse Pagliuca
Co-founder & Director of Philanthropy
Jesse combines a distinguished career in venture capital with a deep commitment to philanthropy, making him uniquely qualified to support donors in their charitable endeavours. At the Pagliuca Family Office, Jesse managed significant endowments and investments across venture capital, private equity, and public equity, strategically deploying capital to maximise returns. His experience at Altamont Capital, where he worked with over $1 billion in assets, further exhibits his expertise in financial modelling and strategic business growth.
Transitioning from VC leader to philanthropist, Jesse now focuses on helping other high-net-worth individuals maximise the impact of their donations. His academic credentials, including an MBA from Harvard Business School, where he co-founded the Racial Equity Fund, underscore his blend of financial acumen and social responsibility. Jesse’s approach ensures that your philanthropy is not just generous, but strategically designed to create the greatest possible impact.
